Nollywood Star Actress, Ini Edo, speaking at 'Rubbing Minds show' TV programme yesterday addressed some issues concerning her failed marriage.

On her marriage, the actress said:
”I got married early because I wanted a family. I think my Marriage was an experience which I don’t regret. He was the last child, so his family members kinda interfered in the marriage, which is naturally normal. He was okay with the kind of work I did and he kinda interfered as a good husband. We couldn’t find common grounds and agree on certain things so we fell out. My husband and I were far apart from each other, maybe being together would have helped. My marriage fell out because of Differences. For now i just wanna fix my life, no marriage in the picture.”
On if her movie roles affected her marriage:
I tried to keep my roles as decent as possible when I got married. Of course, naturally there are certain roles that you are not going to be allowed to play. Even if you are allowed to play them it’s not just your husband, you’ve got his relations as well, and even if he understands his relations might not.
On if she has regrets:
I try not to regret my actions so I will say it has been an experience which I have learnt a lot from. It’s made me a stronger person, it’s made me wiser and I think it has actually made me more matured. So I won’t say that I regret anything; I’ll say that I learned my lesson.
