Spain becomes the first Country to have five teams have in Champions League

Five Spanish teams have qualified for the Champions League group stage.

Spain became the first country to have five teams qualify for the Champions League group stages after Valencia defeated Monaco 4-3 on aggregate in their play-off.
Los Che, who were runners-up in the competition in 2000 and 2001, join La Liga's top three from last season: Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, while fifth-placed Sevilla are also in the draw by virtue of winning the Europa League earlier this year.

The Five Spanish teams are
Barcelona
Real Madrid
Atletico Madrid
Sevilla and
Valencia.
