Embracing Your Inner Beauty


The journey of self-acceptance is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. It's not selfish to celebrate your innate worth and special gifts, it's freeing and empowering. 

One of the simplest ways to start feeling more beautiful on the inside is to make a list every day,maybe over a glass of wine or cup of tea, of all the positive things you did, said, and shared with the world. 

Write down whatever pops in your mind, nothing is too small or too big here. In fact, it's the little things that we forget about that deserve more credit. Maybe you you called a friend, told a co-worker you like her shoes, held the door for a stranger. 
you nailed it. So don't write it off as just another day at the office, write it down!

It may seem silly at first, but when you look down at your long list, all of those thoughtful moments and mini accomplishments add up to smart, funny, kind, brave, brilliant YOU. It won't take long before your lists become a daily reminder of how beautiful and deserving you are, inside and out. This is when fear falls away, when we’re no longer ashamed of being imperfect and instead excited to run headfirst into life, just the way we are.

Smile at everyone, even people you don't know. When you smile, it releases endorphins which make you feel happier. Not only will it boost your self esteem, but it will help other people feel better about themselves! 

Make a List of all the Positive things about your day. Focusing on the positives instead of the negatives will make you feel like you had a good day.

Compliment Others. Everyone likes to hear positive comments from their peers. You'll brighten someone's day and maybe they'll even compliment you back!

Exercising is important to maintain a healthy body image and weight. Take a walk and get some fresh air. When you exercise, it releases your stress and makes you feel better about yourself.

Listen to your favorite songs. Music helps boost your mood if you're having a rough day.

Have a time out with friends. There's nothing better than getting together with some of your closest friends and having fun. You could go out to a movie or just play a game and talk. Just do anything that you love to do and you'll definitely boost your mood!

Pamper Yourself! It's important to relax and take care of your body. Give yourself a break. Reward yourself with a facial or a manicure. You'll feel pretty and it doesn't take a lot of effort.


So the truth is that you are beautiful 
On the inside and never let anyone tell you , you aren't.
